We do this by addressing what the fitness space needs which is proper group fitness programming. A lot of time and effort has been put into creating a program that is suited to people who are wanting to be fitter, healthier and move better. Our sessions cover all bases incorporating mobility, strength and conditioning all within a 50 minute time frame. We offer a variety of morning and afternoon sessions to choose from, all under the guidance of our world class coaches to get you the results you are after. All you have to do is book in a time, show up and leave the rest to the professionals.
Who is battlesquad functional performance for?
Battlesquad caters for most experience levels of fitness. Whether you're a first timer who has never stepped foot in a gym, if you're experienced but aren't getting the results you want or whether you're someone who just wants to maintain a healthy level of fitness. Our programming is designed to match your personal fitness level and goals by either scaling down or overloading our workouts with the help of our coaches. We understand that as individuals we are all different and that's the reason why we don't take the one size fits all approach.
